Cancellation and missed appointment Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we do our best to accommodate our patients.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be billed for the full cost of the scheduled session.
There is a waiting list for acupuncture treatments; adequate notice allows us to offer your appointment to another patient.
